Walter E. Wilson

Walter E. Wilson, 63, of Markleysburg, passed away on Monday October 30, 2023 in Uniontown Hospital.

He was born May 6, 1960 in Uniontown, the son of Rebecca (Cupp) and the late Robert E. Wilson.

In addition to his father, Walter is predeceased by his son Christopher Wilson, and sister Mary Jane Snyder.

He is survived by his mother Rebecca (Cupp) Wilson of Elliottsville; daughter Connie (Jason) Pinkney of Uniontown; grandchildren, Jaydon Pinkney, Jacob Pinkney, and Ian Wilson; siblings, Genevieve Balsinger of Farmington, John Wilson (Tina) of Fairchance, Robert Wilson (Mable) of Farmington, and Tracy Wilson of Uniontown; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews

He worked at Ohiopyle prints for 16 years.

Walter loved the outdoors. He was an avid fisherman and loved campfires and grilling.

Family and friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME (FARMINGTON) on Friday November 3rd from 2pm until the hour of the funeral service at 7pm with pastor David Herring officiating.
