Thomas J. Torbich, 75 of Farmington, PA passed away in his home on Saturday May 23, 2026.
He was born on March 30, 1951, in Pittsburgh, PA to the late John and Marie Torbich.
Tom worked tirelessly to build a successful business, and cherished time with his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren. He was known for his kindness, understanding, and willingness to see the good in others.
After his marriage to Sandy Torbich, he shared many years with his longtime partner Beverly Aspinall who proceeds him in death.
Tom is survived by his children Lisa (Jim) Westwood, John (Erin) Torbich, Amanda (Adam) Newhouse. Grandchildren Nate (Romona) Torbich, Brenna Westwood, Nicholas Torbich, Ava Torbich, Addison Newhouse, and Scarlet Torbich.
He is also survived by his stepchildren Debby (Shawn) Soltis, Michelle (Jim) Swink, and many more grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Born into a large loving family Tom will be greatly missed by his siblings Patsy Flanagan , Donna Torbich, William Torbich, Danial Torbich, Rita (Stanley) Wypych, Betsy Torbich, Joe (Marlene) Torbich, and Helen (Dave) Sacramento. Proceeded in death by Shirley Carmony, Andrew Torbich, and Mary Agnes DeBold. As well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, FARMINGTON on Tuesday, May 26, from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m., with a Parastas service beginning at 6:00 p.m. Additional visitation will take place on Wednesday, May 27, from 9:00 until 9:45 a.m., when a Panachida service will be held. A Divine Liturgy will follow at 10:30 a.m. at St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church in Uniontown. Interment will be private.
