Terry L. Furajter

Terry L. Furajter, 72, of Mt. Braddock, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on June 7, 2025 at UPMC Presbyterian. Born on October 13, 1952, he was the son of the late Robert Furajter and Esther Livingston.

Terry was a hardworking man who dedicated most of his career to Foseco Inc., where he worked as a laborer. He retired as a custodian from Laurel Highlands school district. He was known for his quiet strength, strong work ethic, and love for his family.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Kimberly Yaugher; his stepdaughter, Elizabeth Lowry; and his brother, Gerald Furajter.

Terry is survived by his son, Terry Furajter Jr., wife Mandy and his granddaughters, Carson and Reagan of Hagerstown, MD. He is also survived by his stepson, Kevin Lowry and wife Brandi of Mt. Braddock, PA; his brother, Robert (Botch) Frider; his sister, Lana Furajter; his sister-in-law, Barbara Furajter, and several loving nieces and nephews.

Terry will be remembered for his straightforward nature and sense of humor. He appreciated the simple things in life, never needed much to be content, and found purpose in doing a job well. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Arrangements are under the direction of the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, HOPWOOD, PA. A Celebration of Life will be held with date and time to be announced.
