Tammy Sue Wagner, 58 of Confluence, Pa passed away Thursday, May 12, 2022, at her home. She was born October 27, 1963, at Maple Summit, Pa the daughter of the late Calvin and Hazel Burnworth. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister Cindy Festog and a brother Wilbur Burnworth.

Surviving is her husband John R. Wagner, two children Bobbi Wagner Bursey of Masontown, Pa and John S. Wagner of Altoona, Pa; five grandchildren, Bryson and Samantha Wagner, Aubree and Adelyn Bursey, and Lilah Basinger; eight siblings, Eugene Burnworth, Rick Burnworth, Ronald Burnworth, Patricia Daniels, Ethel Morrison, Bonnie Dodson, Viola Whipkey and Jane Christian, all of Ohio.

Tammy loved being a grandma and her world revolved around her grandchildren. Tammy was the manager of Dollar General in Confluence for several years.

Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME FARMINGTON, Sunday, May 15th, 2022, from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Monday, May 16th, 2022, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM the hour of service with Pastor David Herring officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Summit Cemetery.
