Scott E. Romesburg Sr.

Scott E. Romesburg Sr., 74, of Uniontown, passed away on Friday, June 5, 2026, at WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital. 

He was born on February 19, 1952, in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, the son of the late Merrill and Eva (Priester) Romesburg. 

In addition to his parents, Scott was preceded in death by his sister, Barbara Panik and close friend Wayne Felgar. 

Scott is survived by his beloved wife, Linda (Johnston) Romesburg; his son, Scott E. Romesburg Jr. and wife Gina of Waxhaw, North Carolina; his cherished granddaughters, Olivia and Ava Romesburg; and his close friend Hal Honegger. 

Scott was a faithful member of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church in Uniontown. 

He worked as a truck driver for GRS Services. In his free time, Scott was an avid hunter and enjoyed coaching Little League baseball for HARC at Hutchinson Park. 

Visitation will be held in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, HOPWOOD on Tuesday June 9 from 4-8pm. Additional visitation will be held on Wednesday June 10 from 11am until the hour of the blessing service at 12pm. Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park.
