Russell B. Leonard Jr. age 85 of Grantsville, MD passed away February 18, 2019 in Uniontown Hospital. He was born October 11, 1933 in Confluence Pa. He is the son of the late Russell B. Leonard and Georgia (Bryner) Leonard. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his siblings Kathryn Vannoseln, and Bailey Leanord, twin granddaughters Kylee Leonard and Mackenzie Leonard.

He Is survived by his Wife Fern (Bryner) Leonard and children Gary Leonard of Confluence, Pa, Cora Kemp and husband Bill of Confluence, Pa, grandchildren Meghan Rodman of Virginia Beach, Levi Dwire, Abagail Dwire, Jessie Dwire, great grandchildren Olivia Rodman

Russell was a member of Gospel Center Church in Markleysburg. He was self employed in the family lumber business for a number of years. He owned and operated Leonard Signs for over 50 years. He was an avid hunter, trapper and fisherman.

Friends will be received in the Donald R. Crawford Funeral Home Farmington, Pa Thursday February 21, 2019 from 6-8 Friday February 22, 2019 2-4 and 6-8 and Saturday February 23, 2019 until 11:00 the hour of the service with pastor Martin Stewart officiating. Interment will follow in Irwin Memorial Cemetery.
