Rod Allan Gordon

Rod Allan Gordon, 38 of Hopwood, Pa. passed away suddenly Friday June 8, 2018 in the Uniontown Hospital.  He was born December 21, 1979 in Uniontown the son of the late Sheila {Gordon} Dressel.  Surviving are his father Ralph Dressel and step mother Dawn Dressel of Hopwood, his fiancé Keri Umbel of Hopwood, a daughter Alexis Gordon, two sons Rod Jr. and Preston Gordon, his twin brother Todd Gordon and girl friend Kim Coffman.  A sister Betty Sue Dressel and boy friend Josiah Boyer.   A nephew Tyler Gordon,  His three best friends , his bird MoMo and two dogs Cooper and Lady, many aunts uncles and cousins.  In addition to his mother he was predeceased by his grandparents Howard and Betty Gordon and Betty Dressel.

     Rod was a graduate of Laurel Highlands High School class of 1998 and was employed with Fayette Resources.

     Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME HOPWOOD Monday from 2:00 to 7:00 PM the time of the services with Pastor Kathy Barnhart officiating.  Interment will be private.

     In lieu of flowers memorial donation may be made in his name to the family.
