Roberta L. Gleason

Roberta L. Gleason, 94, of Farmington, PA, passed away on Monday January 6, 2025.

She was the daughter of the late Paul and Anabelle Herring.

In addition to her parents, she was also predeceased by a brother Merrill Herring.

Roberta is survived by daughters Debra Skinner of Farmington, PA and Karen Bogie of Virginia Beach, VA; grandchildren Thomas Murray, Brian Murray, Lynn Murray, and Amy Murray all of Farmington, PA; Michelle Etheredge and Shawn Etheredge of Sand Rock, AL, Michael McMahan and Gabrielle McMahan of Chesapeake, VA, and Max Bogie of Virgina Beach, VA. Roberta was also blessed with 7 great-grandchildren, Chase, Xavier, Cassandra, Ava, Aria, Eli, and Ezra. She is also survived by a sister, Shirley Marker of Ocala, FL; and many nieces and nephews. Roberta had a lot of friends over her years, but her best friend over most of her life was Janie Spade.

Roberta attended Farmington Bethel Church. She was a life member of the Wharton Township Hunting and Fishing Club, a longtime member of the Farmington Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, and a volunteer with the American Red Cross.

Visitation will be held in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, FARMINGTON, PA on Tuesday January 14, 2025 from 2-7pm the hour of the funeral service with Pastor Steve Davis and Pastor David Herring officiating.
