Robert L. VanSickle

Robert L. VanSickle, Sr. age 78, of Smithfield, Pa passed away Thursday, September 20, 2018 in Cherry Three Nursing Center.  He was born February, 26, 1940 in Farmington, Pa, son of the late Loretta Mae VanSickle Lohr.  In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by sisters, Rosalie Gibbs, Donna VanSickle and a brother William VanSickle.  Mr. VanSickle was a member of Oak Hill Baptist Church in Smithfield.  He is survived by his wife Rose Mary Kay Teets VanSickle, his children Tina Marie VanSickle at home, Robert L. VanSickle, Jr and wife Tracy of New York, Lisa Ann VanSickle of Markleysburg, Derrick William VanSickle and wife Terri of Uniontown, six grandchildren, Gracie, Savanah, Alana, Leha Roseanna, Madison, Paisley, brothers Donald VanSickle and wife Sherry of Friendsville, MD, Ronald VanSickle of Markleysburg, Carol Ann Hunter of Bruceton Mills, WV and many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, HOPWOOD, Pa.  Tuesday, September 25, 2018 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm and Wednesday from 10 to 11 the hour of service with Pastor Alva Edwards officiating.
