Richard J. Wilson

Richard Jesse Wilson, 69, of Markleysburg, passed away on Saturday January 11, 2025 in Ruby Memorial Hospital.

He was born February 7, 1955 in Confluence, PA, the son of Wilma (Thorpe) Wilson of Markleysburg and the late Jesse Wilson.

Richard is survived by his wife Carolyn A. (Johnston) Wilson of Markleysburg; children Richard Wilson (Jodi) of Markleysburg, Anthony Wilson of Uniontown, and Nicholas Wilson (Lynsey) of Markleysburg; 4 granddaughters; brother Randy Wilson (Chris) of Markleysburg; and his dogs Milo and Lucy.

Richard owned multiple businesses in the area and worked as a zoning officer for Henry Clay Township.

Arrangements are under the care of the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, FARMINGTON, PA. There will be no public visitation. A memorial service will be held on Friday February 7, 2025 with location to be announced.
