Rebecca G. Fisher

Rebecca Gertrude Fisher of Markleysburg, PA passed away at the age of 93 on October 19, 2025.

She was born on May 18, 1932, the daughter of Lonnie G. Shaffer and Bessie E. Miller.

She is preceded in death by her husband Millard N. Fisher Sr, children Evelyn, David and Nelson.

She is survived by her brother Daniel Shaffer, her children Millard Jr., Gertrude, Lonnie, Charles, Mickey, April, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Her greatest joy in life was her family. She touched the lives of everyone who had the honor of knowing her. She was a selfless, warm and generous spirit and memories of her will be cherished by all forever. She leaves behind a legacy of love, strength and compassion.

Visitation will be held in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, FARMINGTON, PA on Wednesday October 22 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm and Thursday October 23 from 11am until the hour if the funeral service at 12pm with Pastor Joseph Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Thomas Cemetery, Markleysburg.
