Ravi Nadarajah

Dr. Ravi Nadarajah, a distinguished otolaryngologist, passed away on 8 June 2025 at the age of 66. 

Born in Singapore on 28 April 1959 to Nadarajah Muttaiya and Maheswari Mailvaganam, he earned his dentistry degree from the National University of Singapore. He went on to complete a Master’s in Oral Medicine from the University of London and later earned his medical degree with honors in Ireland at the National University of Ireland and the Royal College of Surgeons. He trained at some of the world’s foremost medical institutions—completing his residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital and the University of Maryland, followed by advanced training at the University of Chicago.

For 18 years, Dr. Nadarajah served the Uniontown, PA community with dedication and excellence through his ENT clinic, Fayette Ear, Nose, Throat and Allergy P.C. He was admired for his deep medical knowledge and heartfelt care for his patients. He was supported throughout by his dedicated staff including Tara Walters, a trusted friend and invaluable office manager. A gifted storyteller with a remarkable memory, he brought joy to friends and family by regaling them with stories from the past. Ravi was a loving parent to his beloved chihuahuas, Chive and Momo.

Ravi is survived by his brother, Jeyan; his sister, Shivani; his dog, Chive and many loved ones who will miss him deeply. Among them is Mimi Bello, a close family friend, whose companionship and care meant so much to him.

Arrangements are under the direction of the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, HOPWOOD, PA. All services will be held privately with the family.
