Nannie Myrle (Dressel) Straitiff

Nannie “Nan” Myrle (Dressel) Straitiff has been called home to her Lord and Savior on Thursday July 15th, 2025.  After 99 amazing years, Nan passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family.

Nan is preceded in death by her husband Robert F. Straitiff, daughter and son-in-law Albert and Grace (Straitiff) Forcina, son David Straitiff, granddaughter Jennifer Straitiff and grandson Edward Straitiff Jr.

Nan is survived by her children Robert W. Straitiff, Georgia (Straitiff) Harris, Edward and Sandy Straitiff, Darwin Straitiff, Robin (Straitiff) Sadowsky, and Roy and Becky Straitiff, as well as her grandchildren Albert Forcina Jr. Brian Forcina, Karen Burnsworth, Carmen and Wendy Forcina, Laura and Edward Welsh, Paul and Maryann Minerd, Keith and Darlene Reese, William “Billy” and Heather Minerd, David and Lisa Dupont, Larry Shipley, Thomas and April Bricker, Scott Shipley, Roy Straitiff Jr. and Paige Straitiff.  Nan is also survived by 42 great grandchildren and 25 great great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME HOPWOOD PA on Thursday, July 17th, 2025 from11:00AM until 6:00PM and Friday, July 18th, 2025 until 10:00AM the hour of service with Pastor Steve Davis officiating. Interment will follow in Jacob’s Lutheran Cemetery.
