Nancy J. Springer

Nancy J. Springer, 70, of Hopwood, passed away on Friday December 6, 2024 at her home.

She was born December 18, 1953, in Uniontown, the daughter of the late Lewis and Dora (Fitzpatrick) Ewart.

In addition to her parents, Nancy is preceded in death by her siblings Bobby Ewart, Barry Ewart, Betty E. Ewart and Dale Ewart; ex-husband Bernard E. Springer; and loving dog Presley. 

Nancy is survived by her children Gidget Wiedwald (Jeff) of Uniontown, Nancy M. Springer of Vanderbilt, Bernard Springer Jr. “Butchie” (Tiffany) of Scottdale; grandchildren Connor Springer, Craig “C.J.” Soltis, Cameron Soltis, Carson Soltis, and Gianna Wiedwald; siblings Donald Ewart of Uniontown, Lila Ewart of Continental and Shirley Kolsar of Continental.

Visitation will be held in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, HOPWOOD on Monday December 9 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. Additional visitation will be held on Tuesday December 10 from 10am until 11am the hour of the funeral service with Pastor Dwayne Billar officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Moriah Cemetery, Smithfield.
