Mary Ellen Purdy

       Mary Ellen Purdy, 86 formerly of Markleysburg, Pa. passed away Sunday April 8, 2018 in Cleveland, Ohio.  She was born September 13, 1931 at Dearth, Pa. the daughter of the late Amos and Maud {Burnworth} Tressler. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband Andrew Purdy.  Three  sisters and three brothers, Vivia Thompson, Alice Kinsley, Thelma Morrison, Lewis, Andrew and Lee Tressler.

   Surviving are her sister Ruby Cebulak and husband Charles of Dunbar and several nieces and nephews.

   Mary was a member of St. Joan of Arc R.C. Church Farmington and Holy Redeemer R.C. Church in Cleveland, Ohio.

    Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME FARMINGTON Friday from  9:30 AM till 10:30 AM when prayers of Tranfer will be said followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM in St. Joan of Arc with Rev. Fr. James F. Petrovsky as celebrant.  Interment will follow in Visitation Cemetery Elliottsville Pa.
