Lana Faye Furajter

Lana Faye Furajter, 75, of Mount Braddock, Pennsylvania, passed away on Friday, April 10, 2026, at WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital.

Born on August 14, 1950, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Esther (Livingston) Furajter. In addition to her parents, Lana was preceded in death by her brothers, Jerry and Terry Furajter.

Lana is lovingly remembered by her sons, Jimmy Furajter (fiancée Megan Torrence) and Brad Furajter; her grandsons, Jimmy Furajter and Koldren Furajter; her brother, Botch Frider and his wife, Catherine; her sister-in-law, Barbara Furajter; as well as many other cherished family members, friends, and co-workers.

She loved cooking, relaxing by the pool, visiting and socializing at local community stores, and spending time talking on the phone with her close friends. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Arrangements are entrusted to the Donald R. Crawford Funeral Home in Hopwood. A funeral luncheon will be held on Friday, April 17, at 12:00 p.m. at Cove Run Free Methodist Church (345 Yauger Hollow Road, Lemont Furnace, PA).
