Lacey Marie Dunmire

Lacey Marie Dunmire, age 33, departed this life on November 19, 2023, as the result of a motor vehicle crash.

Lacey was born February 16, 1990, in Elkins, West Virginia, to Lynne Serba and the late Michael Dunmire. She was a 2008 graduate of Elkins High School where she enjoyed singing in the Madrigal Choir and playing piano. After high school, Lacey studied Culinary Arts at Fairmont State University. Later, she went on to graduate from Morgantown Beauty College where she obtained her esthetician’s license, and worked as a Lead Esthetician in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Lacey’s love for adventure took her around the world, and she spent several years in Guam.

Lacey leaves behind her two beautiful daughters, Keira and Claire; partner, David McCullough; mother, Lynne Serba and stepfather, Dan Grimm; stepmother, Shana Horrigan; brothers, Caleb and Leo Dunmire; and four-legged friends, Noodle and Cashew.

Memories of Lacey’s free spirit, contagious laugh, and one-of-a-kind personality will be treasured by all who loved her. To honor her life, a memorial gathering will be held on December 15 from 2-6pm at 123 Pleasant Street in Morgantown, West Virginia.
