Keith E. Groover

Keith E. Groover, 60, of Farmington, passed away on Friday, April 5, 2024 at his home.

He was born February 13, 1964 in Uniontown, the son of the late John Sr. and Mary Ellen (Hiles) Groover.

In addition to his parents, Keith is predeceased by brother John Groover Jr. and sister Cathy Means.

Keith is survived by his loving companion of 23 years Ethel Morrison; sister Bonnie Hendricks; brothers Larry (Sheila) Groover and Randy Groover; and several nieces and nephews.

Keith was a logger and partner of Groover Brothers Logging. He worked with Right Away Clearing which was his last job before being diagnosed with cancer. He knew many other friends who worked in the logging field.

He graduated from Uniontown Area High School class of 1982.

He was always willing to help anyone in need. He was the one his mother would call when a road trip was to be made when she needed to go.

He will be missed especially by his brothers, sister, and Ethel who stood by him for 23 years. Keith was never a father, but he was known as Pap to Aiden.

Visitation will be held in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, FARMINGTON, on Monday April 8 from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm. Additional visitation will be held on Tuesday April 9 from 11am until the hour of the funeral service at noon with Pastor Jeff Marton officiating. Interment will follow at East View Cemetery, WV.
