Judith "Judy" Seese

Judith “Judy” Seese, 76, went home to be with her lord and savior Jesus Christ on January 5, 2024. She was surrounded by her loved ones until the Lord called her home.

She was born on December 13, 1947 in Markleysburg, a daughter of the late Art and Bonnie (Prince) Savage.

Judy graduated from Turkeyfoot High School. She was a member of the Markleysburg Union Church. She was also an amazing wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved her family with her whole heart.

In addition to her parents, Judy is predeceased by her husband of 54 years Jonas “Bud” Seese; sister Mary Taylor and father and mother-in-law Jonas Sr. and Beulah Seese.

Left to cherish her memory are daughter Carla Wilhelm (Jeff); son Jonas III “Buddy” Seese (Angie); grandchildren Hailey Guthrie (Ryan), Darian White (Josh), Heather Yusko (Hunter); Jesslyn Daniels, and Jonas IV “JJ” Seese; great-grandchildren RJ and Raegan Guthrie and Dean White.

Visitation will be held in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, FARMINGTON on Monday January 8 from 2pm-8pm. Additional visitation will be held in the Markleysburg Union Church (114 Brown Hill Rd, Markleysburg, PA 15459) on Tuesday January 9 from 10am until the hour of the funeral service at 11am with Pastor Mike Grantz and Pastor John DeVincent officiating. 

Interment will follow in Thomas Cemetery, Markleysburg.
