Joanne V. Weltz

Joanne Veronica Weltz formerly of Addison, PA has passed away at the age of 91 on October 7, 2025. 

She is preceded in death by her mother Madeline (Suckenik) Vargosko; father Stephen Jacob Vargosko; sisters Josephine Vargosko and Carole Katherine Vargosko Marsili and husband Paul A. Weltz.

She is survived by seven children Paul, Alan, Joyce, Mark, Duane, Paula, and Diane; 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great-grandchildren.

She was active in the Eaglettes Majorettes and Mountain Citizen Action Group in Farmington and Sweet Adelines singing group in Texas.

She was a skilled Tailor and seamstress. She also did ceramics and porcelain dolls.

Visitation will be held in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, HOPWOOD, PA on Monday October 13 from 10am-12pm. A graveside service and interment will follow in Visitation Cemetery, Mount Pleasant at 1pm with Fr. Paul Lisik officiating.
