Joan K. Tarr

Joan Kathleen Tarr, 92, of Uniontown, passed away on Thursday October 30, 2025 at her home.

She was born May 6, 1933 in Uniontown, the daughter of the late Thomas H. and Catherine (Bair) Lucas.

In addition to her parents, Joan is preceded in death by her brother Thomas (Dorothy) Lucas; and granddaughter Kellie Jo Tarr.

Joan is survived by her loving husband of 73 years Burton Tarr; children Bonnie (Bill) Cox of Maryland, Kathy (Ralph) Fazenbaker of Lemont Furnace, Jackie Tarr (Tito) of Ohio, Burton (Kristy) Tarr of FL, and David (Tracy) Tarr of Lemont Furnace; 9 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are under the direction of the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, HOPWOOD, PA. Services were held privately for the family with interment in Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
