Jean M. Doyle

Jean M. Doyle, 86, of Hopwood, passed away on Sunday January 19, 2025 at her home. 

She was born November 24, 1938 in Braddock, PA, the daughter of the late August and Dorothy (Parker) Pilipick.

In addition to her parents, Jean is preceded in death by her husband Robert Doyle (2012); son David Doyle; and brother Frank Pilipick.

Jean is survived by her children Colleen Madison (Bob) of Hopwood and Sharon Large (Aaron) of Hopwood; grandchildren Bobby Madison (Tina) of Greensburg, Ryan Madison of New York, Taylor Large (Josh) of Hopwood, and Shannon Large of Hopwood; great-grandchildren Jordy, Jayelyn, and Jocelyn; and sister Carol Bero of Hopwood.

She was a member of Hopwood United Methodist Church and Hopwood Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. Jean worked for Fayette Parts as a bookkeeper for many years before her retirement.

Visitation will be held in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, HOPWOOD on Wednesday January 22 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm Additional visitation will be held on Thursday January 23 from 10am until the hour of the funeral service at 11am. Interment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
