Jarred Lee Smith

Jarred Lee Smith age 35 of Lemont Furnace, Pa passed away September 8, 2018 in Uniontown Hospital. He was born April 22, 1983 in Uniontown, Pa son of Milton Smith and Melanie Breakiron Ramage. He was preceded in death by his brother Josh Smith, grandfathers Melvin Ramage, Sr and Warren Zaph and his uncle Paul Smith

 Jarred was a loving father, son, brother,and friend. He was employed by Jaflo Tree Service, he was an avid hunter and fisherman and belonged to Lemont Sportsman’s Club.  Jarred is survived by his father Milton Smith and wife Melanie of Sidney, Ohio, his mother Melanie Ramage and husband Melvin of Lemont Furnace, a daughter Tara Rankin, a son Mason Smith both of Uniointown, sisters Jenn Breakiron of Smithfield, Billie Jo Smith of Masontown, Pa, Heidi Leydig of Ana, Ohio, a brother Clinton Leydig of Kenton, Ohio, maternal grandmother Gloria Breakiron of Hopwood, Pa, paternal grandmother Betty Smith of Jackson Center, Ohio, maternal step grandmother Jean Ramage of Lemont Furnace, several aunts, uncles and cousins,  numerous nieces and nephews, and special friends, Mindy Thomas,  Nathan and Carrie DiNunno, Frank Francis, Alexandria Tesauro.

Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, HOPWOOD, Pa., Wednesday, September 12, 2018 from 2 to 7 pm the hour of service with Pastor Nathan DiNunno officiating.  In lieu for flowers donation made be made to the funeral home.
