George L. Boyer Jr. age 66 of Apollo, Pa passed away June 15, 2020 at UPMC Monroville, Pa. He was Born December 23, 1953. He is the son of the late George Boyer Sr. and Ruby Elease (Stubbs).

In addition to his parents he preceded in death by two brothers Charles Franklin Boyer and Benjamin Ellis Boyer.

He survived by his step mother Leila Boyer, four children Michael Scott Crouse (Robin) of Tennessee, Maranda (Rane) Hoban (Charles) of Delaware. Julie Andre of Maryland, Tony Boyer of Maryland, four grandchildren Zachary, Mackenzie, Hannah, Evangeline, Siblings Alan Boyer (Jamie) of Grindstone, Pa, Aubrey Boyer (Lisa) of Chestnut Ridge, Bonita Boyer of Mt Pleasant, Pa, Audrey McGregor (Shawn) of Brownfield, Pa and April Boyer of Uniontown.

George was a Vietnam Marine Veteran, he was a member of American Legion Post #114 of Vandergrift, Pa.

Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME HOPWOD, PA on Thursday June 18, 2020 from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm and Friday June 19, 2020 until 12:00pm the time of the service. Interment will take place in the National Cemetery of the Alleghanies in Bridgeville, Pa.
