Gary B. Roll

Gary B. Roll, 72, of Uniontown, passed away on Thursday August 15, 2024 in Pittsburgh VA Hospital.

He was born December 31, 1951 in Uniontown, the son of the late Steve and Betty (Thomson) Roll.

Gary is survived by his wife Laura (Bowers) Roll; children Thelma Bowers of Uniontown, Gary Bowers (Billie Jo Gordon) of Uniontown, Richard “Ricky” Bowers of Uniontown, and Tonya Bowers (David Hall) of Fairchance; grandchildren Ashley, Marissa, Laura Ann, Madie, Emily, Travon, Richard, and Jalen; 3 great-grandchildren; brothers Ronald Roll (Mary Ann) of Youngwood and Arthur Roll (Marlene) of Hopwood; 3 stepsisters; and a step brother.

Gary served as a sergeant in the US Marines during the Vietnam War.

He was a member of Hopwood AMVETS post 103 and Hutchinson Sportsman Club.

Visitation will be held in the CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, HOPWOOD on Sunday August 18 from 2pm until the hour of the funeral service at 6pm. Interment will be held privately with the family.
