Gary Lee George

Gary Lee “Butch” George, 78, of Uniontown, passed away on Thursday June 5, 2025 at Peroni’s Personal Care Home.

He was born November 12, 1946 in Roaring Springs, PA, the son of the late Earl and Alice (Miller) George.

Gary is survived by his brother James George (Myrna) of Pittsburgh and sister Joyce George.

He was a member of Hopwood Free Methodist Church.

Gary was well loved and appreciated at Peroni’s and will be dearly missed.

Visitation will be held in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, HOPWOOD, PA on Sunday June 8 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. Additional visitation will be held on Monday June 9 from 10am until the hour of the funeral service at 11am with Pastor Charlie O’Brien officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery.
