Eva M. Fike

 Eva M. Fike, 94 of Markleysburg, Pa. passed away Mon day October 15, 2018 in Lytles PersonaL Care Home.   She was born February 1, 1924 at Layton, Pa. the daughter of the late Charles G. and Myrtle Ann {Thomas} Morgan.  In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband Roy E. Fike, three children, Tom Fike, Donnie Fike, Linda Grimes.  A son-in-law Pete Mills, daughter-in-law Mary Fike and a granddaughter Eileen Grimes.

    Surviving are her daughter Debra Mills of Markleysburg, Pa.  Twelve grand children, numerous great and great great grandchildren.  Daughters-in-law  Lavina Fike and Janice Fike, son-in-law Bill Grimes.

    Eva was a member of Union Chapel Church,  a founding member of the Mt. Citizens Group and helped them start the transportation their buses.  She was a volunteer with the Markleysburg Salvation Army and President of the Morgan Family Reunion.

   Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME FARMINGTON Thursday from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 and Friday until 11:00 AM the hour of the service with Pastor David Herring officiating.  Interment will follow in Thomas Cemetery.
