It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Earl Franklin Marker, 84, of Farmington, passed away on Thursday January 30, 2025.
He was born August 22, 1940 in Farmington, the son of the late Jesse and Martha (Kunkle) Marker.
In addition to his parents, Earl is preceded in death by brothers Glendell (Mack), Elmer, Wilmer, George, John, and Albert Marker; sisters Alice Alatalo, Dorothy Shimko; and infant sisters Thelma and Aleta.
Left to cherish his memory are daughter Angela Navarro; son Jeffrey Marker; grandson Cash Marker; siblings James (Virginia) Marker, Wanetta Haggerty and Arlene Shaffer; and sister-in-law Barbara Marker.
Earl enjoyed a career as a high school science and biology teacher. In retirement he found ballroom dancing and golf as his passions. He was a member of the Hopwood AMVETS and Duck Hollow Golf Club.
He will be missed by all who knew him
Visitation will be held in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME FARMINGTON, PA on Monday February 3 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. Additional visitation will be held on Tuesday February 4 from 10am until the hour of the funeral service at 11am with Pastor David Herring officiating. Interment will follow in Sansom Chapel Cemetery.
