Donna Welch Obituary

Donna M. Welch age 75 of Markleysburg, Pa, passed away Saturday August 6, 2022 in Highlands Hospital in Connellsville, Pa. She was born December 27, 1946 in Pennsylvania. She is the daughter of the late Emory Baum and Jessie Baum (Shultz).

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Damon B. Welch whom passed March 9, 2001.

She is survived by her son Carlton Welch (Shelley) of Addison, Pa, her daughter Jennifer Broskey (Pete) of Markleysburg, Pa, two grandchildren Alexander McElroy of Herminey, Pa and Abigail Broskey of Markleysburg, Pa, and her buddy “Guss”. Also surviving is a brother David Baum (Lois) of Addison, Pa and her aunt Charlotte Friend.

Donna was a co-owner of Welch’s Disposal Service in Markleysburg, she served on the Markleysburg Council and the National Pike Water Authority Board.

Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME FARMINGTON, PA on Tuesday August 9, 2022 from 6pm to 8pm and Wednesday August 10, 2022 until 11:00am the time of the service with Pastor John DeVincent officiating the service. Interment will be private for the family.
