Deloris J. (Butler) Crayton

Deloris J. (Butler) Crayton, born June 29, 1941, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on (Sunday, December 3, 2023). She had 82 years to enjoy her family and friends. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.

She is survived by her husband, Gary, daughter, Sondra, son, Gary Robert (Samatha) as well as three grandchildren, Logan (Lindsey), Sara (Vincent), and Josh and three great grandchildren, Remi, Leo and Grant, and former daughter-in-law, Julie. The family also wants to mention, Libby, Deloris’ devoted dog who recently passed away.

The family would like to give thanks to the staff and her roommate at the Henry Clay Villa and Amedisys Hospice Care for the heartfelt care she received with them. Members of the family also want to thank Lindsey Crayton (grand daughter-in-law) for providing Deloris with a loving relationship and care over the last few years.

Arrangements are under the care of the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME (FAMINGTON). Per Deloris’ request, no funeral or memorial service will be held.
