Dale A. Lytle

Dale Allen Lytle “Toehead”, passed away on November 16, 2024 at UPMC Shadyside in Pittsburgh, PA. Dale was born in Somerset, PA on June 10, 1958, to the late Homer and Hattie (Foy) Lytle.

Dale is survived by brothers Scott, William, and James Lytle and Chuck Foy.

Dale had four children Dale Lytle Jr., Holly Lytle, David Lytle, and Tammylinn Lytle; ten grandchildren, Tylor, Toni, Shania, Sean, Hayden, Madison, Isaiah, Hailey, Savannah, and Lilly; and one great-grandson Kaiser.

Dale was met in Heaven by his siblings: Sue, Patty, Harry, Robert, and Harold; and by his children’s mothers Rose Savage and Linda Gillon.

He attended Turkeyfoot Area School, he worked at the Chicken Plant and Bender Shoe Factory, Somerset, PA.

Arrangements are under the care of the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, FARMINGTON. A memorial service and dinner will be held on Friday November 22, 2024 at 5:30PM at the Nazarene Church, Confluence, PA. All friends and family are encouraged to come and celebrate Dale’s life.
