Clyde L. Knepp, 98, of Farmington, passed away on Sunday December 21, 2025, at his home surrounded by his loving family.
He was born November 15, 1927, in Palmer, PA, the son of the late Lewis and Mary (Mankamyer) Knepp.
In addition to his parents, Clyde is preceded in death by his sisters Annabelle Slaymaker and Kathyrn Varndell.
Clyde is survived by his loving wife Lela Jean (Moody) Knepp; children Gerald Knepp (Joy) of Somerset and Alan Knepp (Wendy) of Greensburg; grandchildren Robert (Amanda) of Somerset, Dylan Knepp of Pittsburgh, Olivia Knepp of Greensburg, and Ethan Knepp of Greensburg; great-granddaughter Mina Knepp; many nieces and nephews; and caretakers Brenda Rugg Kacie and Chris Hughes, Mary Alice Lambre, and Theda Embacher.
He was a member of Farmington Bethel Church.
Clyde was an avid outdoorsman and hunter. He cherished his trips going out west. He worked as a PA Hunter Safety Instructor for 57 years.
He was a member of Roofers-Waterproofers Local #37 Pittsburgh, PA.
Visitation will be held in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, FARMINGTON, PA on Tuesday December 30 from 10am until the hour of the funeral service at 1pm with Pastor Steve Davis officiating. Interment will follow in Bethel Cemetery.
