Clifton James DeWitt

Clifton James DeWitt age 67 of Markleysburg, Pa, passed away October 20, 2022, at home. He was born March 24, 1955, in Morgantown, West Virginia. He is the son of the late Frank DeWitt and Mabel (Sterling) DeWitt. 

He is survived by his companion; Loretta Ankrom, two children Tonya Stimmell of Dubois, Pa., and Stacy DeWitt (Lisa) of Blairsville, Pa., two grandchildren Dominique and Autumn, and two great children. Also surviving are his two sisters: Barbara Coddington (Chas) of Farmington, Pa., and Carolyn Durst of Grantsville, Md. And numerous nieces and nephews.

He retired from Green Acres Contracting and worked for many years as a dairy farmer.

Family and Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME FARMINGTON, PA, on Sunday October 23, 2022 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 6:00pm to 8:00pm and on Monday October 24, 2022 until 10:00am the time of the service with Pastor Chuck Teets officiating the service. Interment will follow in Childres Cemetery in Tunnelton, WV.
