Betty Lou Blosser

Betty Lou Blosser, age 96, longtime resident of McClellandtown, PA passed away peacefully at Mt. Macrina Manor on Monday, June 24, 2024, with her loving family by her side.

Betty was born on January 16, 1928. She was the last surviving child of Bessie May (Francis) and Clifton Blosser of Uniontown, PA.  

Betty is survived by her son Steve (Judy) Olesh of Connellsville, PA, daughter Sandra (George) Balas of Monessen, PA, and her youngest daughter and caregiver Betty (Ronald) Varndell of Hopwood, PA. She is also survived by her Grandchildren Beth Ann and Kristi Olesh, Matthew Balas, Jennifer (Chuck) Diehl, Kathleen (Mike) Meucci, Kerry (John) Smith, Karen (Mike) Klimko and Ronald (Cara) Varndell. Her greatest joys in life were her Great-Grandchildren who she loved and adored Joshua (Casandra) Smith, Katelynn Smith, Hunter and Chance Varndell, John Klimko, Brayden and Camden Diehl, and Audrey Meucci.

As per Betty’s wishes there will be no viewing or service.

Betty’s family would like to extend a huge Thank You to the caring staff at the Uniontown Hospital and Mt. Macrina Manor for the wonderful care.
