Rosemary L. Galand age 63 of Ohiopyle, PA passed away on Memorial Day may 27, 2019 at her residence. She was born October 7, 1955. She is the daughter of the late Harold Baron Galand and Margaret (Brown) Galand, and stepmother Janet Bryson Galand.

She is survived by her son Joseph C. Kalamets Jr. and fiancé Lauren Cahill of West Mifflin, PA and daughter Margo Kalamets of Glassport, PA, two grandchildren Savanna Jackson and Kylie Kalamets., one brother Rick and wife Judy Galand of Beaver, PA and many nieces and nephews.

Rosemary taught culinary at the Fayette County Career and Technology Institute and was a chef at the Howard Johnsons in Hopwood.

A memorial service will be held in THE DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME HOPWOOD, PA on Thursday June 6, 2019 from 6pm to 7pm the time of the blessing service. Interment will be private. The family request that memorials be made to Barons World Fayette County CTI 175 Georges Fairchance Rd. Uniontown, Pa 15401
