Olna Brown Obituary

Olna G. Brown, 97 of Ohiopyle, Pa. passed away Monday February 4, 2019 in Quincy Nursing Home Waynesboro, Pa. She was born October 5, 1921 at Chalk Hill, Pa. the daughter of the late Donald and Enca {Myers} Groover. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband Charles T. Brown in 1993 and a sister Velma Kelley.

Surviving are her two sons, Thomas Brown {LouAnn} of Chalk Hill and David Brown {Kathleen} of Greencastle, Pa. Four grandchildren, Shannon Brown {Brandie}, Kristopher Brown {Jessica}, Alexis Cox {David}, Tyler Brown {Teresa}. Six great grandchildren, Audrey, Landon and Hannah Brown, Michael, John and Alexender Cox.

Olna was a member of Chalk Hill United Mathodist Church. She loved Crocheting, Bingo, playing cards and dominoes.

Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME FARMINGTON Friday from 2:00 to 8:00 and Saturday until 11:00 AM the hour of the service with Rev. Arnold Husk officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset View Cemetery, Chalk Hill, Pa.
