Norman Joseph Ciaccia, 68[ of Farmington, Pa. died suddenly as a result of an auto accident.
He was born September 9, 1950 in Pittsburgh, pa the son of Annetta {Sylvester} Ciaccia of Farmington and the late Joseph Orlando Ciaccia.
Surviving in addition to his mother are his loving wife Cathy A. {Asmonga} Ciaccia and four children, Anna Stiner {Larry} of Markleysburg, Nicholas Ciaccia {Lauren} of Rostraver, Pa. Gina Ciaccia and Jacob Ciaccia both of Washington, Pa. Four grandchildren, Anthony Renze, Luke Stiner, Eva Ciaccia and Alexa Ciaccia. One sister Lucille Pantalo {Joe} of Farmington. In addition to his father he is predeceased by two brothers, Donald and Martin Ciaccia.
Norman was a member of St. Joan of Arc R.C. Church, Farmington. He was a graduate of Carrick High School and St. Vincent College. He was a retired mine inspector with Pa. D.E.P.
Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME FARMINGTON Wednesday January 2, from 6:00 to 8:00 Thursday January 3, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6;00 to 8;00 and Friday until 10:30 when Prayers of Transfer will be said followed by a Funeral Mass at 11:00 am in St. Joan of ARC R.C. Church with Rev. Fr. James Petrosky as celebrant . Interment will follow in Visitation Cemetery, Elliottsville, Pa. Parrish Wake service will be held Thursday January 3 at 8:00 PM in the Donald R. Crawford Funeral Home Farmington, PA
