Landis V. Livengood

   Landis V. Livengood, 85 of Uniontown and formerly of Farmington, pa. passed away Wednesday March 20, 2019 at his home.  He was born March 31, 1933 at Gibbon Glade, Pa. the son of the late John and Stella {Bingham} Livengood.  In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his wife Celine “Sally” Livengood, a grandson John Livengood and five brothers and a sister.  Fenton, Vera Hickman, Wendell, Earl, Stayton and Darrow Livengood.

   Surviving are his five children, Linda Masarik of Union Ky.  Larry Livengood of Donegal, Pa.  Leonard Livengood {Lisa} of Uniontown, Pa., Lynn Norton (Gary) of Pttsburgh, Pa, Fred Livengood of Uniontown, Pa, grandchildren Mitchell Masarik of Lexington, Ky, Waylon Livengood of Scottsdale, Pa, Monica Powers of Latrobe, Pa, Brandon Hoffer of Achme, Pa, Eric Livengood of Belle Vernon, Pa, Brant Livengood of Mt. Braddock, Pa, Amanda Burnsworth of Uniontown, Pa, Travis Livengood of Bedford, Pa and several great grandchildren. Also surviving are his brothers and sisters Wyon Dennis and William “Bill” (Billie) Livengood of Gibbonglade, Pa

Landis attended Farmington Bethel Church of the Brethren, he was a member of F&AM Detroit, Michigan Lodge, Veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the Korean War, lifetime member of Amvets post 103 Hopwood, Pa, American Legion post 51 Uniontown, Pa and the Wharton Hunting and fishing club, Farmington, Pa.

Friends will be received Friday March 22, 2019 in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME FARMINGTON, PA from 2-4 and 6-8 and Saturday March 23, 2019 until 11:00am the hour of the service with Pastor Charles Gray Officiating. Interment will follow in Bethel Cemetery.
