James Celender Obituary

James Samuel Celender age 66 of Ohiopyle, Pa passed away Thursday, May 24, 2018, in Uniontown Hospital. He was born in Uniontown, Pa, July 26, 1951 son of the Hazel Thompson Celender and the late Samuel Joseph Celender. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Luella Thompson and James and Angela Celender.

James was a mechanic and musician and he loved to bowl. He was a graduate of Uniontown High School class of 1969.

In addition to his mother he is survived by his sister, Lou Ann Brown and husband Tom of Chalk Hill, Pa, a niece Alexis Cox and husband David of Alliquippa, PA a nephew Tyler Brown and wife Teresa of Chalk Hill, PA, 3 great nephews Michael, John and Alexander Cox.

Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, FARMINGTON, PA, Sunday from 6 to 8 pm, Monday from 2 to 8 pm and Tuesday from 12 to 1 pm the hour of service in the funeral home with Reverend Arnold Husk officiating. Interment in Sunset View Cemetery.
