Foster I Savage Jr, 74 of Markleysburg Pa passed away Sunday, May 26, 2019 in his home.
He was born August 17, 1944 in Farmington Pa. son of the late Foster and Macie (Frazee) Savage. He was a retired truck driver of 50 years.
He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Grantsville Md. where he served as a ministerial servant.
Foster is survived by his wife of 55 years Elsie M (Maust) Savage and 4 children. Steven Savage and wife LeeAnn, Lisa Czap and husband Anthony, Eric Savage and wife Tracie and Jason Savage and wife Trudy. Six grandchildren Heather Livingston and husband Stephen, Andrew Czap and wife Christina, Tamara and Sara Savage, Travis Seese and Trever Lewis. 1 great grandchild Riley Sharp and 1 step great grandchild Savannah Harris and 4 honorary grandchildren Abby, Lucas, Elisha and Alec.
Also surviving are these siblings: Mary Ann Frazee and husband Ken, Joyce Spiker and husband Roy, Olivia Wolverton and husband Jack, Oliver, Richard and wife Judy, Timothy and wife Barbara, Frances, John and wife Debbie and Tammy Savage and Melvin, Shirley and Naomi.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by 5 brothers Irvin, Ivan (Buster), Bob, Mike and Sheldon, 1 sister Sheila and 4 infant brothers
Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, FARMINGTON, PA on Friday May 31, 2019 from 2-8pm and Saturday from 1-3pm the hour of the service with Brian Evendole officiating. Interment will be private.
