Darrell A. “Butch” Shultz, age 68, of Hopwood, PA passed away on January 14, 2019 at Mon General Hospice Care Center with his loving daughter by his side.

Butch was born June 10, 1950 in Confluence, PA to the late Merrill E. “Bud” and Doris C. (Atkins) Shultz. He lived in Florida for many years, where he worked at Arlo Metal in Boca Raton. He loved NASCAR and attending the Daytona 500 with his best friend Kenny Ericson.

Butch is survived by his children, Sonya Shultz Sellong and husband Donnie of Confluence, PA and son Erik A. Shultz of West Palm Beach, FL; step-children Douglas A Savage of Hopwood, PA and Maria Kury of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; Grandchildren Justin Nelson of Pittsburgh, PA, Landyn Shultz of West Palm Beach, FL, Morgan Sellong of Uniontown, PA; Great-grandchildren Adyson and Cole Frazee and his feline babies, Tabitha and Shadow whom he loved very much.

Friends will be received Friday, January 18th from 10AM to 11AM the hour of service with Pastor John Devicent officiating in the Donald R. Crawford Funeral Home, Hopwood, PA. Interment will follow in Addison Cemetery, Addison, PA.
