Amelia Edna Jones age 92 of Uniontown, PA (Hutchinson) and formally of Greensboro passed away April 21, 2019 in Uniontown Hospital. She was born November 21, 1926 in Poland Mines, PA. She is the daughter of the late James M. Jones and Amelia (Stone) Jones.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by five brothers and her fiancé James Calvin Ross.

She is survived by her niece Candy Pluto (George) of Hopwood, PA with whom she made her home and three great nieces and two great nephews, George Pluto, Katie Pluto, Leah Pluto, James E. Jones, Melissa Jones Dlugos.

She was an employee for the Green County School District for 40 years, and a secretary at Mapletown High School, she was a member of the Order Eastern Star #263 in Uniontown, PA and a member of Hopwood Methodist Church.

Friends will be received in the Donald R. Crawford Funeral Home Hopwood, PA on Wednesday April 24, 2019 from 10:00 to 11:00AM the hour of the service. Interment will follow In Monogahalia Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Hospital.
